I’m such a fan of backstory and headnotes to a recipe. And I love that you give credit, when really at this point in the recipe evolution, you could have just claimed it as yours. It’s so much more interesting to know the process — and an act of generosity as well! I’ve got this on the “must make” list! 🍝
