I just wrote about this myself a couple weeks ago in my newsletter! But I focused on what you could freeze raw (if you have the space). In the past, I’ve done a lot of base cooking and freezing as well — hello, tikka masala gravy — it’s just so hard with a toddler sometimes 🫠 Love reading thoughts of a like-minded person though 🧠💪
