Adding Casamara Club drinks to my next shopping list! I really like the approach of creating something that has a specific taste profile rather than copying an existing cocktail, removing the alcohol, and attempting to create the same ethanol-like “bite.” I’ll be very interested to see if producers of non-alcoholic wine will try a similar approach given the loss of flavor and complexity in the existing processes. glad you liked it! I ordered all their products to try them out and i've been enjoying them as something interesting to drink when i don't want booze but also don't want juice. they're very light but still interesting.
